From the Santa Giulia crossroads on the way out of Propriano, go to Viggianello for a panoramic view over the Gulf of Valinco. Continue on the D19 to Arbellara and Fozzano, where an infamous vendetta inspired Prosper Mérimée’s novel, Colomba. The road also leads to Sainte Marie Figaniella, the hamlet of Giacomoni and to a track which leads, over outcrops of red rock, to the estate forest of Valle Mala and to the hamlet of Burgo.
