Granace Granaccia
To the north-east of Sartène, this is a little commune surrounded by wooded hills, at an average altitude of 300m. Early in the 16th century, the territory was entirely devastated and depopulated during a war conducted by Genoa against the Comte Rinuccio della Rocca.

Grossa Grossa
The territory of this village to the west of Sartène stretches out to the centre of the fertile valley of Bisujè and onto the hills. In the 14th century, the fertility of the Bisujè allowed several families to live at ease.

Propriano Pruprià
Protected from the winds, the harbour seems to have been used since the Roman period. The many remains discovered indicate that this small old town could be Pauca, noted on Ptolemy’s map in the 2nd century.
